This year you saw us completely remodel a pair of suites into our coworking space, but we have several more suites available that are currently unfinished and available for lease. We are looking for businesses that want a voice in the design and layout so that we can build out the suite to suit your needs. If you are ready for a multi-year commitment, we will remodel the buildout specifically for you!
Each suite has its own dedicated entry, foyer, restroom, and 800 square feet of suite space to design your layout.
In addition to the entry door lettering you will also be listed on the multi-tenant sign at the front of the building.
Your mail will be conveniently located at the centralized multi-tenant mailbox located at the front of the building.
We will work with you to design a suite for your needs. We can accommodate an open floor plan, private offices, conference rooms, coffee bar accessible in your client lounge or walled off for a private break room. These are just a few ideas in the attached images to help you visualize.
