Dugan Center Named for Daniel Dugan in gratitude for perpetuating Yoshukai Karate in Central Illinois and preserving the traditions introduced by his first teacher, Hiroyuki Koda, who brought the Japanese martial art to Lincoln, IL in 1971. Dedicated June 22, 2019
